The business model as described above has enabled the Company to develop strategic partnerships with leading customers in the industry. As the Company generated success through the business model, primary competitors copied significant elements of the strategy. The compensation philosophy of Curtis is based on the fundamental concept of Pay-For-Performance. The company believes in superior pay for superior performance. The fortunes of the organization are shared by all employees through an aggressive profit-sharing structure that places portions of total compensation at risk based on individual, team, and overall Company results.

Sales Representative Responsibilities: The Area Sales Representative will have a responsibility to develop a business strategy to solution sell, build relationships, increase sales with existing customers, and convert new accounts to grow the overall business in his or her geography for the organization. He/she will be responsible for the measurable sales volume, pricing, contribution margin, and expenses.

Account management, account growth planning, target setting, account conversions, product demonstrations, job site visits, creating a win/ win scenario, attending industry shows, entertainment with accounts, and monthly reporting. Continuous product training
